  • Yes. Online therapy is delivered via a secure video confrencing software. Sessions are just as effective as in-person appointments, but it’s essential to attend from a quiet, private space to ensure confidentiality.

  • The first session is about understanding your concerns and seeing if we’re the right fit to work together. We’ll talk through your goals, past experiences with therapy (if any), and go over the practicalities like session structure, fees, and cancellation policies. Above all, it’s a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood.

    • Psychologist

They are often focused on the present moment and may work with less complex psychological issues. Dr Helen Hall
Ayrshire Psychologist

HCPC Registered Health Psychologist

Welcome. I’m Dr Helen Hall, a Health Psychologist based in Ayrshire, Scotland. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s psychological challenges and improve their wellbeing.

We live in a time where mental health concerns are rising, yet access to support remains frustratingly limited. Long waiting lists, inflexible systems, and overstretched resources can make getting help feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in.

I founded Dr Hall Psychology in 2024 with a clear mission: to offer high-quality, accessible psychological support without the wait. My practice is built on care, connection, and clinical excellence. Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, health issues, or life transitions, I offer tailored therapy that puts you at the centre.

We are a modern, flexible, client-focused psychological practice delivering exceptional therapy across Ayrshire and online.
