What to expect

  • Individual therapy can be booked using our Book Now button below. 

  • After booking, you’ll receive an email within 72 hours with a short set of forms to complete ahead of your first session. Completing these forms in advance isn’t essential, but it can help Dr Hall understand your goals and tailor the session to your needs from the start.

  • Specific details on the clinic location and travel information will also be provided prior to your first session. 

  • Attending therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it is your first time. In our first sessions, we’ll focus on building a shared understanding of your experiences and identifying goals for your therapy. 

  • The frequency and length of individual therapy can be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

Preparing for Your First Session

No specific preparation is required. However, some people find it helpful to reflect on why they are seeking therapy and what they hope to gain. You don’t need to arrive with clear answers — simply bringing your curiosity and willingness to explore is enough.

  • Payment is required at the point of booking for online therapy. Any cancellations of your online therapy booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. 

  • Sessions take place via a secure video conferencing software. Further details will be provided upon completion of the booking. 

  • Online therapy is available to clients throughout the UK, helping remove barriers related to geography, mobility or travel time.

  • Online therapy is designed to mirror the structure and depth of in-person therapy. In our first sessions, we’ll focus on building a shared understanding of your experiences and identifying goals for your therapy.
